Brian J. Harford F.C.C.A. is the author of the highly successful Book-Keeping and Accounts Home Study Course. Brian is a Chartered Certified Accountant, having been admitted as an associate in 1980, and to Fellowship in 1985. Brian has 15 years teaching experience, teaching Accountancy on a part-time basis at the City of London's Guildhall University. During this time his students achieved an excellent pass rate in their respective Accountancy examinations due to Brian's teaching style. This takes the student from first principles through to final accounts on a step-by-step basis with clarity and simplicity. The success of the Book-Keeping and Accounts Home Study Course is attributable to the fact that he has written the course manual in the same way as he would teach on a one to one basis. In addition to his teaching experience, Brian has 20 years practical experience working as a Financial Accounts Manager in leading Financial Services companies. This mainly involves Group Financial Reporting. He also had responsibility for the training and career development of staff.
